Terms of use

First Load is an independent estimating and comparison tool for concrete pours in the Perth metropolitan area. It shows which yards can get a truck to your site soonest and what the load is likely to cost.

We are not a concrete supplier, a broker or a booking service, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any supplier named in the app. You order concrete directly from the supplier you choose.

Every figure in the app is an estimate, built from published Perth price ranges, plant locations, road distances and a typical book at each plant. It is not a supplier quote and it does not reserve a truck.

Prices, mix designs, cartage, pump hire, minimum loads, delivery windows and availability are set by the supplier and can change at any time. Confirm the load with the yard before you order it or book your crew.

Do not rely on First Load for engineering decisions. Mix design, reinforcement, slab thickness and curing are matters for your own engineering advice.

• Use accurate details and keep your login to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Crew seats are for the people in your business, not for resale or for sharing outside it.

First Load is free for up to 3 pour estimates per calendar month. The limit resets at the start of each month.

Pro Pourer is $7.99 per month and Crew Business is $24.99 per month, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancel any time from Account, then Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then drops back to the free plan. We do not refund part-months — but nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we change plan pricing we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the change applies.

Slot alerts are a Pro feature. By setting a watch you agree to receive SMS at the number you provide. How many texts you get depends on the watches you set.

Alerts are a best-effort heads-up based on the availability information we have. Networks, suppliers' books and dispatch decisions change quickly, so we cannot guarantee a text will arrive, arrive in time, or that the slot will still be open. Always ring the yard to confirm.

Standard carrier message rates may apply. Pause or delete a watch in the app, or reply STOP to a text to opt out.

Use First Load for your own quoting and pour planning. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the app's data, resell it, or use it to build a competing dataset. Do not reverse-engineer the app, try to break it, impersonate someone else, or use the alerts to spam yards.

On Crew Business, presets you mark as shared can be seen by the crew in your team. Only share what you are happy for them to see, and make sure you have the right to share it.

The First Load name, design, estimates model and app content belong to us. Supplier names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the yard you would be dealing with.

We aim to keep First Load running and the data current, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or withdraw features, and maintenance may interrupt access from time to time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, work or goodwill, arising from your use of the app — including a missed delivery window or a price that turns out to be different. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid us in the 3 months before the claim. The decision to order concrete, and the mix you order, remains yours.

You can stop using First Load whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the alerts, or puts the service or other users at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
